Hey there! I’m Winston. After spending more than 20 years in the corporate world, I decided it was time for a new adventure. Having worked in fast-paced, structured environments all my life, I wanted to see what it would be like to run something of my own. To build, create and grow on my own terms.

Thus began my journey into the unknown, peddling cookies, brownies, and anything else I dare to whip up. Why baking? It's what I do to de-stress. It’s my happy place, where I unwind, recharge, and find joy in the simple act of creating something delicious from scratch.

 

So now, work for me has now become my happy place. My kitchen is my office, and the smell of freshly baked goodies is my new morning coffee. The best part is I get to see more of my wife and kids since now I’m always home!
